AFTER HOURS Support for FAMILY CAREGIVERS OF Children with Medical Complexity

Connected Care Live is available after hours, weekends and holidays by text, talk, or video for family caregivers and home care providers to connect with a SickKids nurse to ask questions, review skills and troubleshoot your child's medical equipment. For example, our service can aid in supporting blocked tubes, stoma care, troubleshooting equipment issues, and reviewing skills for yourself or others in your child's homecare team.

Note: this registration page it NOT for those providing direct clinical care. RNs or RPNs providing direct care should register here.
