Education for Home and Community Providers.

Connected Care provides competency-based education modules for regulated community health care providers to address the unique care needs of children with medical complexity and technology dependence. This program combines theoretical content with application of knowledge and skills using simulation.

Due to limited capacity, priority will be given to those providing/ planning to deliver direct care to children with medical complexity and technology dependence.

Applications for all upcoming sessions will open eight weeks prior to the session and close two weeks prior.
