Connected Care for Community Hospitals

To meet the demand of unprecedented challenges to access and flow for surging volumes of paediatric patients requiring acute care in-patient admissions, Connected Care is expanding its services to GTA Community Hospitals, including:

• Connected Care Webinars: live and interactive competency-based webinars will be led by expert SickKids RNs and RTs.

• Connected Care on the Go: will enable the ‘rapid delivery’ of teaching mannequins and education supplies to enable hands-on practice of skills during scheduled education sessions

• Observation/practice placement: hosted onsite to support competencies among community hospital nursing education and practice leads
